About me
Intro and philosophy
Hello, my name is Llanten No, but I sign my work as Miss On. The philosophy behind this name is deeply personal and symbolic. I believe that perspective is everything—each decision we make, each path we choose, is fundamentally about turning something "ON" in our lives. Saying "No" to one opportunity often means saying "Yes" to another, and this duality is at the heart of my creative journey. By focusing on our chosen paths, we naturally steer away from others, embracing the power of intentionality and direction.

My Journey
My professional journey began as a horse trainer, where I specialised in breaking down horses and teaching showjumping (reaching Group III) and dressage (San Jorge level). This experience endowed me with patience, dedication, and the ability to listen and respond to the needs of animals, always handling them with care. Over a decade of working with animals has honed these skills, making me adept at bringing out the best in them.

Teaching and Coaching
Throughout my career, I have coached both children and adults, teaching not only riding skills but also performance techniques for the stage and camera. These experiences have been invaluable in my work as a photographer and filmmaker, particularly when posing clients for photoshoots or enhancing products for businesses. My background allows me to guide people and animals alike, ensuring they are comfortable and expressive in front of the camera.
Education and Professional Development
My passion for storytelling and the performing arts led me to pursue a BA in Scene Direction and Dramaturgy. I worked as a drama teacher in Spain, fostering creativity and confidence in nine-year-old children. My expertise in martial arts, having earned a black belt in kickboxing, further complements my coaching abilities, particularly for actors needing training in physical roles.
In 2016, I moved to the UK to further my career in film. I completed my MA in 2021 in Cardiff and have since taken several specialized courses, including Camera Trainee and Location Assistance and Marshalling by NFTS Wales, and 2nd AD training by DVTalent sponsored by ScreenSkills. Additionally, I hold a clean DBS check, ensuring my suitability for working with diverse groups and sensitive environments.

Values and Vision
I am deeply committed to education and the environment, believing that both are integral to a better future. I aim to work with brands and companies that uphold ethical and equitable values, although I am open to any creative challenge that comes my way.
As someone who is dyslexic, I think outside the box and I have learned to embrace my unique way of seeing the world, which has become one of my greatest strengths.

Creative Philosophy
I consider myself an artist, always searching for the best format to express an idea. While my primary strength lies in audiovisuals, I find immense joy in conveying my thoughts and visions through images, whether in photography or film. Living in Cardiff for the past three years, with previous stints in Essex and London, has enriched my cultural and artistic outlook.
I am excited to continue my journey, creating compelling visual stories that resonate with audiences and contribute to a more ethical and sustainable world. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I look forward to collaborating on projects that inspire and challenge us creatively.
